Pick up where the query left off
Choose “Save as booklet” to save a table from Query Bench, a dashboard or a conversation as a sheet, import a workbook, or start a blank one. Saved results are snapshots. You can edit the sheet, but changes in the original source won’t update it automatically.

Frequently asked questions
Does a sheet update when my database changes?
No. Saved results are snapshots. You can edit the sheet, but changes in the original source won’t update it automatically. Save the result again for fresh numbers.
What can use a sheet as a data source?
AI Analyst, agents you give access to, automations and datasites. Every tab is stored as a database table in your workspace, so they read it like any other connection.
Can an automation change a sheet?
Yes. Automations can add, update, delete and find booklet rows, and start when a booklet changes or a new row appears.
Can I open my Excel files?
Yes. Import xlsx, xlsm, CSV or TSV up to 100 MB, and export as xlsx, CSV or TSV. Macros in an imported file are never run.
Who can see my sheet?
Only you, until you share it. People you share with are viewers or editors.
