Credits meter AI usage across the platform: agent answers, dashboard builds and automation runs each draw from your plan's monthly allowance. Individual includes a 5x allowance, Business 25x, and Enterprise allowances are custom-sized to your deployment.

Nothing you have built stops working — dashboards, datasites and scheduled automations keep running. When your monthly allowance runs out you can top up credits or upgrade your plan, and your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle.

On Enterprise, a Supaboard engineer works alongside your team to set up context management: encoding your metric definitions, business rules and data models into your agents so every answer matches how your business actually measures things.

BYOM (bring your own model) lets Enterprise route AI traffic through your own model provider — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Vertex, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint — so no AI traffic leaves your perimeter. Because AI usage is then billed by your provider rather than bundled into Supaboard credits, a platform surcharge applies in its place.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stay active to the end of the billing period; annual plans renew yearly and can be cancelled before renewal. Upgrades and added seats are prorated.

Yes — paying annually gives you 2 months free: you pay for 10 months and keep the platform for 12. Individual is $83 per user per month billed annually ($990 a year, a saving of $198), against $99 month to month. Business is $208 per user per month billed annually ($2,490 a year, a saving of $498), against $249 month to month.

Individual includes 2 live data connections across its 20+ SQL-native sources. Business and Enterprise have unlimited connections across all 700+ connectors, and Enterprise adds custom integrations.
