Credits meter AI usage — agent answers, dashboard builds, datasite generation, automation runs and query assistance each draw from your workspace's allowance. The allowance is per workspace and resets weekly, and individual features have their own caps inside it so one runaway workflow cannot spend the whole pool.

Nothing you have already built stops working: dashboards, datasites and saved queries are not metered, and a scheduled automation already running is never cut off mid-run. Only new AI requests pause, and you can top up — credits are sold at $1 for 100 with a $5 minimum, they last a year from purchase, and they are spent oldest first and only once the weekly allowance is gone.

Editors, admins and owners are billed. Viewers are free and there is no limit on them, so the people who only open dashboards and ask questions cost nothing. Service accounts count as a seat whatever their role.

HIPAA coverage is a signed Business Associate Agreement, not a default setting. The HIPAA BAA is included on Enterprise and available as an add-on on Business. If protected health information is in scope, settle the BAA before it enters a trial workspace, not after.

Yes. The SOC 2 Type II report is shared under NDA, and we sign a data processing agreement on request. Both go through sales — use the contact page and say which one you need.

A branded MiniBoard: your logo, colours and a login page of your own. Users sign in with email and password, plus MFA if your workspace enforces it — there is no Google or Microsoft sign-in in the branded app. It ships Ask Analysts, dashboards in view mode (filters, drill-through and export, no editing), agents, the query builder, data sources and MCP tools. Automations and datasites are not in the branded app yet.

On Enterprise, a Supaboard engineer works alongside your team to set up context management: encoding your metric definitions, business rules and data models into your agents so every answer matches how your business actually measures things.

Yes, on Enterprise. Bring your own key routes inference through your own contracts with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Vertex or Gemini, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint including a self-hosted one — you choose the model, the region and the rate limits. Paired with an on-premise deployment, Supaboard is not in the inference path at all and no prompt or result leaves your perimeter.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stay active to the end of the billing period; annual plans renew yearly and can be cancelled before renewal. Upgrades and added seats are prorated.

Individual is $83 per user per month billed annually ($990 a year, a saving of $198), against $99 month to month. Business is $208 per user per month billed annually ($2,490 a year, a saving of $498), against $249 month to month.

Individual includes 2 data connections across 20+ connectors: every direct database — Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, Supabase, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, ClickHouse, BigQuery and Oracle — plus 10 synced apps: Google Analytics, Stripe, Typeform, Calendly, Linear, Asana, YouTube Analytics, Notion, Auth0 and Airtable. Business and Enterprise have unlimited connections across all 700+ connectors, and Enterprise adds custom integrations. Databases are queried live at question time. App connectors sync through Fivetran on a schedule, hourly to daily, so their answers are over the last completed sync.
