Every plan has help in the Supaboard Slack community. Individual adds email support, and Business adds priority email support.
On Enterprise, our team runs the onboarding with you. A forward-deployed engineer sets up the deployment, in our cloud or in your own VPC or data centre, and writes your metric definitions and business rules into your agents, under SLAs agreed in your contract.
Security and sales questions
