Know why MRR moved before the board asks

Connect your product database, or the warehouse your billing and CRM data land in, then ask in plain English: MRR movements, NRR by cohort, trial-to-paid, which accounts reached activation and which are going quiet.

For B2B SaaS companies: their founders and finance teams, revenue operations, and the customer success managers who own renewals.

Where your data lives

Or attach an export to a conversation, as CSV or Excel:

The tables these questions read:

  • Subscriptions, subscription items and plan changes
  • Invoices and charges, with decline codes
  • Accounts, users and seats bought, from your product database
  • Product events: signups, invites and the actions that mark activation
  • CRM companies, owners and renewal dates

Teach it your definitions once

Rules are read with every question, so a term means the same thing in Chat, in Slack and in the Monday report.

  • Rule“MRR leaves out one-off charges, and an annual plan counts as one twelfth of its price each month.”
  • Rule“An account is activated when it invites a teammate within 7 days of signup.”
  • Rule“An active seat is a user who signed in during the last 30 days.”

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with Stripe and our product database?

Yes, through the database or warehouse they live in. Postgres, MySQL, BigQuery and Snowflake connect live and are queried in place, so billing data your pipeline already lands there sits beside your product tables. There's no direct Stripe connector: for a one-off question, attach a Stripe export to a conversation.

Do we need a warehouse first?

No. Connect your product database and ask about accounts, seats and activation straight away. MRR questions need your billing data in a database you connect, or an export attached to the conversation. If you build a warehouse later, connect that too.

How does it learn our definition of MRR or activation?

Write it once as a rule, such as "an account is activated when it invites a teammate within 7 days". The agent reads its rules with every question, and you can save reviewed SQL as examples.

Can the team ask from Slack?

Yes. Mention Supaboard in a channel or message it directly, and the answer comes back in Slack. Claude can connect over MCP as well. Your data stays read-only.

Can we get the MRR bridge every Monday?

Yes. An automation runs your questions at 08:00 on Monday in your timezone, summarises what changed and emails it. Dashboard reports can also go out as PDF, PowerPoint or Excel.
