Teach it your definitions once

Rules are read with every question, so a term means the same thing in Chat, in Slack and in the Monday report.

  • Rule“A filled script goes back to stock after 10 days without pickup.”
  • Rule“Margin per script is plan paid plus copay, minus acquisition cost at the last invoice price.”
  • Rule“A reject counts once per script, on its first submission, not on every retry.”

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with our pharmacy management system?

If your system keeps its data in SQL Server, Postgres or MySQL and you can reach that database, connect it live and read-only. If it only gives you reports, upload one as CSV or Excel and ask about it. To keep the reports current on a schedule, have them copied into a database you connect.

Will Supaboard sign a BAA?

Yes. A HIPAA BAA is available on Enterprise. Prescriptions and claims are protected health information, so sign it before they go into Supaboard.

Can it change anything in our pharmacy system?

No. Database and warehouse queries are read-only. We give you the SQL to create a read-only user. Claims are submitted and reversed in your own system, as they are today.

How does it learn how we count margin?

Write it once as a rule, such as "margin is plan paid plus copay, minus acquisition cost". The agent reads its rules with every question, and you can save reviewed SQL as examples.

Can each store get its own morning list?

Yes. Schedule one report per store at 07:30 in your timezone. Each runs that store's questions, summarises what changed and emails the pharmacist in charge.
