The tables these questions read:

  • Sales orders, invoices and dispatches, by line
  • Credit notes and sales returns, with reasons
  • Purchase orders and purchase invoices, with prices
  • Stock by warehouse and batch, with receipt dates
  • Customer ledgers and receivables, with credit limits
  • Price lists, schemes and rebates; salespeople and routes

Teach it your definitions once

Rules are read with every question, so a term means the same thing in Chat, in Slack and in the Monday report.

  • Rule“Fill rate counts order lines, not orders. A line is filled only if it ships complete on its first dispatch.”
  • Rule“Gross margin is after credit notes and scheme payouts, at weighted average cost.”
  • Rule“Dead stock is any SKU with stock on hand and no sale in 180 days.”

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with our ERP?

If it runs on SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres or Oracle, connect the database and Supaboard queries it in place, read-only. A Tally or hosted-accounting export can be attached to a conversation; to keep Tally data current on a schedule, copy it into a database you connect.

Can each salesperson get their own debtors list every Monday?

Yes. Set up an automation per salesperson: a Timed Start on Monday at 08:00 in your timezone, then Query Your Data for their customers, Summarize Insights and Send Email.

Can our principals see their own numbers?

Yes. Publish a private datasite for each brand with its sales, stock and scheme claims. Its team signs in with Google or Microsoft, and viewers don't need a paid seat.

How does it learn how we count fill rate and margin?

Write each definition once as a rule, such as "a line is filled only if it ships complete on its first dispatch". The agent reads its rules with every question, and you can save reviewed SQL as examples.

Can it change prices or orders in our ERP?

No. Database and warehouse queries are read-only. We give you the SQL to create a read-only user.
