The tables these questions read:

  • Orders and order lines, with ship-by times and carrier cut-offs
  • Picks and pack-out checks, by picker
  • Receipts and ASNs, with arrival and putaway times
  • Inventory by location, and cycle counts
  • 3PL billing: storage, handling and value-added charges per client

Teach it your definitions once

Rules are read with every question, so a term means the same thing in Chat, in Slack and in the Monday report.

  • Rule“An order ships on time if it leaves the dock before its carrier's cut-off on the ship-by day.”
  • Rule“Dock-to-stock starts when the trailer is checked in at the door, not when the ASN arrives.”
  • Rule“Pallets on hand means the end-of-day count, averaged over the billing month.”

Frequently asked questions

Can each client get its own reports?

Yes. Give each client a private datasite with Google or Microsoft sign-in, and email each one its SLA report on its own schedule. You can also keep one workspace per client.

Does it work with our WMS?

If your WMS keeps its data in a database you can reach, yes: SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres and Snowflake connect live. A report exported from a hosted WMS can be uploaded as CSV or Excel and asked about in a conversation.

Can it change anything in the WMS?

No. Database and warehouse queries are read-only. We give you the SQL to create a read-only user.

How does it learn how we measure dock-to-stock?

Write it once as a rule, such as "dock-to-stock starts at door check-in". The agent reads its rules with every question, and you can save reviewed SQL as examples.

Can we check storage billing before invoices go out?

Yes. Ask once, pin the answer to a dashboard and have it emailed to billing every month as Excel, with pallets on hand against pallets billed for each client.
