The tables these questions read:

  • Scheduled and completed visits by office, with clock-in and clock-out times
  • EVV visit records and their exceptions
  • Client authorisations: hours by payer, programme and period
  • Caregiver timesheets, pay rates, and hire and leaving dates
  • Shift orders and fills, by facility client
  • Census for each community: units, residents, move-ins and move-outs

Teach it your definitions once

Rules are read with every question, so a term means the same thing in Chat, in Slack and in the Monday report.

  • Rule“A missed visit is a scheduled visit with no clock-in by its end time that wasn't rescheduled.”
  • Rule“A visit is late when the clock-in is more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start.”
  • Rule“The workweek runs Sunday to Saturday, and overtime is any hour past 40 in it.”

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with our scheduling and EVV system?

If its data sits in SQL Server, Postgres or MySQL that you can reach, connect it live and read-only, and the reports and alerts on this page run on it. If it only gives you exports, upload one as CSV or Excel and ask about it. To keep the exports current on a schedule, have them copied into a database you connect.

Will Supaboard sign a BAA?

Yes. A HIPAA BAA is available on Enterprise. Client records are protected health information, so sign it before they go into Supaboard.

Does it check our EVV records?

It answers questions about them: which visits carry an exception and why, by office, caregiver and payer. What your state requires, and whether it accepts a visit, is set by your state's EVV system.

Can each facility client see its own fill rate?

Yes. Publish a private datasite for each client with Google or Microsoft sign-in, or email each one its own report on its own schedule.

How does it know what counts as a late or missed visit?

Write it once as a rule, such as "a visit is late 15 minutes after the scheduled start". The agent reads its rules with every question, and you can save reviewed SQL as examples.
