Two deployment models, one product
Supaboard runs as a managed cloud service or entirely inside your own perimeter. The capabilities are the same in both. What changes is where the control plane lives, who operates it, and how data, credentials and model traffic cross your security boundary. Both are covered by SOC 2 Type II; HIPAA BAA is available on Enterprise, as an add-on on Business.

Cloud suits teams that want to move without provisioning infrastructure, and who are content with the database remaining the system of record and the security boundary. On-premise suits anyone for whom zero data egress is a requirement rather than a preference — regulated industries, government, and any organisation whose review process cannot approve an outbound connection from a third party. Commercially, cloud is one all-inclusive subscription; on-premise is a licence plus your own infrastructure and model-provider costs.
