  • Quiz and assessment attempts, with scores
  • Tutor availability and bookings
  • B2B customers, contracts and seats

Teach it your definitions once

Rules are read with every question, so a term means the same thing in Chat, in Slack and in the Monday report.

  • Rule“A course is complete when every required lesson is done; passing the final assessment is counted apart.”
  • Rule“Inactive means no lesson session in the last 14 days.”
  • Rule“A seat is activated when its learner starts their first lesson.”

Read-only by construction

Database and warehouse queries are read-only. We give you the SQL for a read-only user too.

Credentials stay in the workspace

Scoped to the one workspace that connected them, never logged and never sent back to a browser.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with our learning platform?

If your platform's data is in Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB or BigQuery, connect it live and ask. From a hosted course or learning system, export enrolments, completions and grades to CSV or Excel and upload them, or copy them into a database you connect.

Can each B2B customer see its own numbers?

Yes. Publish a private datasite for each customer with Google or Microsoft sign-in, or keep one workspace per customer. To show reports inside your own product, embed dashboards, or use the white-label app: one per workspace, on your own domain.

How does it learn what "completed" means for us?

Write it once as a rule, such as "a course is complete when every required lesson is done". The agent reads its rules with every question, and you can save reviewed SQL as examples.

Can it change learner records?

No. Database and warehouse queries are read-only. We give you the SQL to create a read-only user.

Can the learning team get it every Monday?

Yes. An automation runs your questions at 08:00 on Monday in your timezone, summarises what changed and emails it. Dashboard reports can also go out as PDF, PowerPoint or Excel.
