Google Ads analytics, without the export

Google Ads holds the spend, the impressions and the conversions, broken down by campaign, ad group and keyword.

What teams ask of Google Ads

Typed the way you would say them. Each answer comes back with its chart, its numbers and the SQL that produced them, so it can be checked before anyone acts on it.

  • Which campaigns pay back within ninety days, measured on revenue?
  • What is cost per acquisition by campaign once refunds are taken out?
  • Which keywords spend the most and convert the least?
  • How has cost per click moved against conversion rate over the last six months?

What it gets joined with

The questions that matter rarely live in one system. Supaboard writes the query across every source you have connected, so the join happens when the question is asked rather than in a pipeline project that has to be scoped first.

  • Stripe spend against revenue, which is the only version of ROAS worth having.
  • Shopify the campaign, against the orders it produced.
  • HubSpot spend against pipeline, for anything with a long sales cycle.

How the connection works

Google Ads is one of the 124 sources you can connect yourself, out of a catalogue of 700+. It syncs through Fivetran on a schedule — the first sync lands within a day and refreshes hourly to daily after that — so answers are over the last completed sync, not a live feed. Databases connect directly and answer live.

The reason to pull this into a BI tool rather than reading it in the ads interface is the join. Google Ads can tell you cost per conversion. Only a join to billing tells you what a customer who stayed actually cost.

  • Read-only by construction: the query layer rejects DDL and DML — DROP, CREATE, ALTER, TRUNCATE, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, GRANT, REVOKE and CALL — before a statement reaches your source.
  • Credentials are encrypted at rest, scoped per workspace, never logged and never returned to a client.
  • On the Enterprise plan the whole platform runs inside your own VPC, with no data egress at all. See Enterprise.
  • From $83 per user per month billed annually, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card — see pricing.
