## FAQ

### Do I need to know SQL?

Not for Sheets, and not for Supaboard as a whole: AI Analyst answers questions asked in plain English. In Query Bench you can write SQL or Python yourself, or ask the Assistant to draft and revise the code. Either way you can inspect and control the logic behind the result.

### Does a sheet update when my database changes?

No. Saved results are snapshots. You can edit the sheet, but changes in the original source won’t update it automatically.

### What can use a sheet as a data source?

AI Analyst, agents you give access to, automations and datasites. Every tab is stored as a database table, so they read it like any other connection.

### Where does Sheets keep my data?

In a Postgres database for your workspace. Each tab of a workbook is stored as its own table.
