# Agent Memory: Keep What Your Team Teaches It

Your agent keeps useful context from conversations and feedback. Choose whether each memory is for everyone using the agent or just you, and review, edit or delete it as your definitions change.

## How it works

1. **Someone says it.** A correction, a preference or “remember …”.
2. **Choose who it’s for.** Everyone using the agent, or just you.
3. **Review it.** See, edit or delete it in the Memory tab.

## Turn feedback into useful context

When an answer misses a definition, mark it wrong and say what was wrong. The agent saves that as a correction for future answers. For a definition the whole team relies on, add it as a rule too, and test it.

## For everyone, or just for you

When something sounds like it should apply to the whole team, the agent asks: “Remember this for everyone using this agent?” Until someone answers, it stays with the person who said it.

## See what it keeps

The Memory tab lists what the agent has learned, who it applies to and where it came from, each kept as a must-have, a preference or a suggestion. Edit what’s out of date and delete what no longer helps.

## FAQ

### How is memory different from knowledge and rules?

Memory comes from conversations. Knowledge and rules are context you deliberately give the agent.

### Can I see what it has learned?

Yes. The Memory tab lists each memory, who it applies to and where it came from.

### Can I change or remove a memory?

Yes. Edit or delete any memory from the Memory tab.

### Will my personal preferences change other people’s answers?

A memory kept just for you is only used in your conversations. Choose Everyone when it should apply to the team.

### What should I do after correcting an important answer?

Check what the agent kept, add the definition as a rule if the whole team relies on it, and test the question again.
